Very useful book. My mother-in-law suffered heavily from grout and she could not walk or even stand-up. She had to crawl to the washroom etc. After reading this book, we followed the dietary items, and followed a herbal juicing process that mixed Celery, Coriander, Parsley, Broccoli, Methi etc., for over three months. It finally got rid of grout and she could walk again. Still she has some osteoporosis in the feet, but now she can walk. Since then no grout attack came back. This was in early 2012. Now it is almost over 12 months she has been recovered from Grout. Good book to read and learn the Uric content of food too. There is a chart.

This book is always available in the PlaneTree Health Information Center @ Cupertino Library. FB 440 K 2011
